More details can be found in the server log. This is not a link to the log that may or may not contain the information but is instead a link to the ownCloud documentation online. Read the documentation to find out the log file is kept here. The logfile of ownCloud is located in the data directory owncloud/data/owncloud.log which as an administrator you have no access, unless you have access to the files on the server.

this actually makes a lot of sense, if instead the message read

Internal Server Error

‘Call to undefined function OCP’ (the actual error in the log file) it would just be confusing, a search for

‘ownCloud internal server error’ returns around 99,700 results, you, of course have no idea what the error is from the information provided, so, happy reading.

but a search for

‘ownCloud internal server Call to undefined function OCP’ returns around 7,750 results
